- $200.00 deposit to secure event.
- Balances are due two (2) weeks prior to event (unless otherwise stipulated in contract).
- Additional performance hours: $100.00 per hour (may be determined during the event).
- Travel Fees: outside Chittenden County, VT ($40.00 and up dependent upon distance).
PLEASE NOTE:
- Actual time of engagement begins when the first guest arrives at the event unless otherwise stipulated in the event contract.
- If refreshments at the beginning of the reception are located outside the main banquet room, background music may be provided in that designated area.
- Pricing structure is subject to change without notice. Changes will not affect existing contractual agreements.
Equipment:
The amount of equipment set up (sound and lights) depends on the size of the room and the expectations of our clients. Some situations require more equipment, some less.

Music Format:
- At the event, LinCo Entertainment prefers using mini-disk format (arrangements must be made for CD's or tapes).
- Required music must be transferred to mini-disk prior to event (ie. bride & groom dance, father/daughter dance).
- Music (CD's or tapes) provided by the 'Client' will be returned prior to or at the event.
