first guest arrives at the event unless otherwise stipulated in
the event contract.

If refreshments at the beginning of the reception are
located outside the main banquet room, background
music may be provided in that designated
area.
3. Pricing structure is subject
to change without notice.

provided by the 'Client' will be returned prior to or at the
event.
